| Ingredients : |
• 1 can (120 g/4.2 oz) Smoked Light Tuna Slices in Sunflower & Sesame Oil
• 2 cups lettuce, cut into bite size pieces
• 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
splash of Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper, to taste
bread croutons (optional)
lemon slices (optional)
clove garlic, minced |

Directions :
|
1. Drain tuna, reserving the sunflower and sesame oil for dressing.
2. Divide lettuce onto two salad plates and spread tuna slices over lettuce.
3. For dressing, mix together the sunflower and sesame oil, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Drizzle dressing over salad and serve with toasted bread croutons and lemon slices if desired. |
